the ins and outs

fall is just around the corner as there seems to be a slowing down, a settling in.  the days are noticeable shorter and the deciduous trees are just beginning the process of shedding down to their simplest forms.  these canopy beds pared down to their simplest form, beautifully define and create cozy spaces perfect for an autumn afternoon.

beauty in nature repeated makes a grand impact as a whole and here it shouts out oodles of warmth, good-hearted cheer and sincere sweetness.  for me, an incredible collection for curing the blues.

enjoy oodles of good cheer this week.

looking out these windows... it's that secret solitary glimpse like no other, completely unique with the greenery adding to its enchantment - a view from a room - almost romantic and always mesmerizing.

the ins and outs

i would love to replace our dining room chairs, have felt this way for years but can't seem to commit due to all the choices, so i am especially drawn to these examples of getting it just right: smooth, molded eames chairs mixed with warm, natural materials - perfect.
