lavender filled sea pebbles
Inspired by the sea, a trio of hand embroidered sachets for your purse, nightstand or any spot to soothe and calm your senses. Also a thoughtful hostess, bridal or anytime gift. Designed and handmade in Marin, California. After a relaxing beach-combing trip, I wanted to embroider and make little sachets inspired by pebbles and shells by the sea. A tiny freshwater pearl - dots one center - and bronze miyuki seed beads dot the center of another pebble. Approx. 1 - 1 1/2 in. diameter, each its own unique shape. Displayed on top of one of Hardie Cobbs scrumptious oyster plates - the plate is not for sale here but possibly on her website http://hardiecobbs.com.
Materials include muslin, embroidery thread, freshwater pearl, miyuki seed beads and lavender from the garden.
